Edith McNally

My husband and I are currently “Grey Nomads” travelling around Queensland for 2018. We have no fixed address for that time.

I was a NSW high school teacher since 1972. My subject areas include all HSIE subjects including Geography, History, Economics, Commerce, Legal Studies, Society and Culture, and related areas. I can turn my hand to most literacy based subjects. I was a high school principal at Cranebrook HS 1994-7 and then Menai High School 1998-2015.

I am very fit and healthy and enjoy trekking, sewing, swimming, gardening and play Ukelele for fun. I also enjoy watercolour painting and travel sketching.

I retired in mid 2015 and have been a grey nomad in a caravan with my husband since then. My husband Ron is also a retired TAFE teacher with expertise in IT, maths and statistics. He is also happy to tutor in his skill areas and in partnership with myself.

We enjoy playing cards and a variety of other social games as well as reading and socialising.
