Gai Hagan

I am 61 years old and my husband is 62 years old. We have 3 grown up children and 6 grandchildren. Over the years we have both been involved in various sports (on committees and as coach) and community groups with our children.

I am currently employed by NSW Department Education and Training as a primary school teacher. I am currently teaching Year 3 at Picnic Point Public School.

I have been employed with DET for just on 40 years and at my current school for nearly 20 years. I have taught all grades from K – 6 as well as reading support classes and English as a Second Language.

We enjoy travelling our beautiful country and completed a 12 month ‘lap’ in 2016.
